Reasons for Abnormal Evaporating Temperature of Refrigeration Chiller

 

First, the evaporation temperature is low

The reason for the low evaporation temperature is generally that there is less refrigerant in the evaporator or the heat exchange effect of the evaporator is not good. For example, there are the following reasons:

1. The opening of the expansion valve is small

2. The refrigeration system lacks refrigerant

3. The capillary or expansion valve is blocked

4. The filter is clogged

5. Insufficient air volume of the internal machine

6. The evaporator is seriously frosted

The above points 1-4 mainly analyze the lack of refrigerant, and 5-6 mainly analyze the poor heat exchange effect of the evaporator.

Second, the evaporation temperature is too high

The main reasons are as follows:

1. Excessive opening of expansion valve

2. Too much refrigerant

3. There is air in the system

4. The outlet of the evaporator is blocked

5. The condensation effect is not good

6. Low compressor efficiency or low speed

7. The compressor valve plate is broken or there is leakage

8. The heat load is too large

Third, there may be many other reasons. It is recommended to consider the following three aspects:

1. There is too much refrigerant in the evaporator

2. The condensation pressure is high

3. The compressor speed is low
