The entire liquid cycle is a closed system. There is no absorption of water vapor at low temperatures, no oil mist generation at high temperatures, and the heat transfer oil can have a wide operating temperature; the same machine and the same heat transfer medium can achieve control of -100°C to 200°C. Temperature and cooling capacity are in the range of 1KW~80KW, and no mechanical and electronic valves are used in the whole circulation system.
