Precautions for Use of Low Temperature Recirculating Chiller

Low temperature liquid recirculating chiller equipment can be matched with a variety of instruments (rotary evaporator, fermentation tank, chemical reactor, freeze-drying equipment, bio-pharmaceutical reactor, etc.), with large refrigeration capacity and fast refrigeration speed, which can greatly improve work efficiency. Precautions for use of low temperature liquid recirculating chiller equipment

1.Before using the low-temperature recirculating chiller, add liquid medium (pure water, alcohol and antifreeze are also acceptable) into the tank. The medium level should be higher than the cooling coil in the tank and 20mm lower than the workbench.

2.Power supply: 220V / 380V, 50Hz, the power supply power shall be greater than the total power of the instrument, and the power supply must have a good grounding device

3.Prevent acid and alkali substances from entering the tank to corrode the coil and tank.

4.The instrument shall be placed in a dry and ventilated place, and there shall be no obstacles within 300mm around the instrument.

5.Always observe the liquid level in the tank. When the liquid level is too low, add liquid medium in time.

6.When the working temperature of the low-temperature recirculating chiller is low, pay attention not to open the upper cover and keep your hands from entering the tank to prevent frostbite.

7.After use, all switches shall be turned off and the power supply shall be cut off.

8.During the external circulation of liquid, the customer shall pay special attention to the firmness of the connection of the outlet pipe to prevent falling off to avoid liquid leakage.

9.The instrument shall be cleaned regularly. If it is not used for a long time, the medium in the tank shall be emptied and wiped clean to keep the workbench and operation panel clean.
