Precautions for Operation of Cold and Hot Recirculating Chiller

Cold and hot recirculating chiller is a refrigeration, heating and temperature control equipment used in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry at present. It is commonly used in different types of reactors. What knowledge should users pay attention to in use?

Requirements for use of cold and hot recirculating chiller:

1. Before using the cold and hot recirculating chiller, read the product manual delivered with the equipment, and do some understanding of each interface, key and screen around the equipment before operation.

2. When the cold and hot recirculating chiller arrives at the project site, pay attention to avoid impact on the equipment and pay attention to whether the display screen is damaged.

3. Before using the equipment, check whether the equipment is in normal state and formulate regular maintenance and inspection plan.

4. The cold and hot recirculating chiller shall be placed in an indoor environment with sufficient ventilation to avoid sunshine, sufficient space shall be reserved around the equipment, and a flat and solid ground environment shall also be available.

5. When selecting the heat transfer medium of the cold and hot recirculating chiller, pay attention to whether its temperature range meets the working condition requirements of the project and is suitable for equipment use. Generally, consult the manufacturer whether the model is suitable.

6. There are many types of pipes for cold and hot recirculating chiller equipment. Select which material is suitable according to the temperature requirements of the equipment model, and then select according to the length and diameter. It is necessary to regularly check the consumption of the pipes, check whether there is damage and replace them in time.

7. The heat transfer medium of the equipment needs to be replaced regularly after long-term use. It is recommended to use the medium of the same model to avoid the blockage of the recirculation chiller caused by different models and brands of heat transfer medium. (Note: the heat conducting medium shall not be mixed with water to avoid failure.)

8. Before moving, repairing and maintaining the cold and hot recirculating chiller, shut down the equipment and disconnect the power supply. Try not to tilt the equipment during moving.

Reminder: the equipment shall be used in strict accordance with the equipment manual and the operation and maintenance, otherwise the service life of the cold and hot recirculating chiller will be affected.
