LNEYA-TCU temperature control system can realize -120°C to 300°C of dynamic temperature control, using existing thermal energy (such as steam, cooling water and ultra-low temperature liquid – that is, “primary system”) infrastructure integration for control Process equipment temperature in a single fluid system or secondary circuit. This completes the flow of only one heat transfer liquid into the jacket of the reaction vessel (rather than directly into the steam, cooling water or cryogenic liquid). The entire reaction process temperature is controlled by calculation.

Features:

  • Users can get a closed and repeatable temperature control in a wide temperature range, which can realize temperature control of - 120 ~ 300 ℃.
  • The built-in electric heating heat transfer oil auxiliary system can automatically start the auxiliary heating system according to the demand to reduce the steam pressure.
  • It can accurately match the heat demand through rapid operation to achieve the purpose of energy conservation.
  • The temperature of the whole reaction process is controlled by fast calculation, and the exothermic and endothermic reactions in the whole reaction process are controlled by fast response.
  • A standardized interface is reserved, and the cold and heat source heat exchange module can be added according to the actual demand.
  • The reaction process temperature and single fluid temperature can be selectively controlled, and the temperature difference between the reaction process temperature and single fluid temperature can be set and controlled.
  • Fully enclosed pipeline design is adopted.
  • To ensure the safe operation of the system, the electric valves can be fully opened manually.
