Several techniques to prolong the service life of screw chillers:

Replace the compressor lubricating oil according to the operating time of the screw chiller. The main functions of lubricating oil for compressors are lubrication, cooling and capacity adjustment. It is recommended that the screw chiller check the cleanliness of the lubricating oil every 10,000 hours of operation.

Develop rules and regulations for the cleaning and maintenance of screw chillers, and record each maintenance work. When cleaning the equipment, not only the appearance, but also the evaporator, condenser, pipeline, filter, cooling tower and fan of the screw chiller every year to avoid water scaling affecting the normal operation of the chiller.
