4. If it is not an emergency, do not shut down the unit by cutting off the power at will. If the unit is out of use for a long time in winter, turn off the unit first, then turn off the main power supply, and drain the water in the chiller.

5. When using the industrial chiller, keep the machine room clean and well ventilated, and clean the condenser regularly to ensure the normal operation of the unit.

6. For the air-cooled chiller, check whether the direction of the fan is correct after starting. If the direction is normal, it can be used normally. If it is reversed, the power supply wiring is reversed, and the phase sequence must be replaced before starting. It is also necessary to ensure a good heat dissipation effect, which is to keep the surface of the cooling coil of the chiller clean, ensure that the air around the machine is well circulated and the temperature is low, and clean the cooling coil regularly.

7. The water-cooled chiller must keep the cooling tower clean, keep the air circulation around the water tower and the temperature low, and avoid sundries entering the cooling tower to reduce the heat dissipation efficiency.​​

8. The system should be cleaned when the chiller is used for six months, once a year. The main cleaning parts include: cooling water tower, cooling water pipe and condenser part to ensure better cooling effect. If the chiller has been used for 6 months, the dehumidifier or the high/low pressure switch frequently fails, or the cooling capacity is reduced, it is necessary to ask professional maintenance personnel to repair it.
