2. Regularly clean the condenser, evaporator, and heat dissipation pipes. I suggest that you clean them every six months to ensure that the low temperature glycol chiller will not fail.
3. After purchasing a low temperature glycol chiller and using it for a period of time, check whether the refrigeration oil and lubricating oil are contaminated. If so, please replace it immediately to ensure that the compressor can operate normally, thereby increasing work efficiency.
4. The water-cooled low temperature glycol chiller needs to clean the cooling tower and the impurities in the water tank, because there are various impurities in the tap water, and dirt will accumulate after long-term use.
5. Air-cooled low temperature glycol chiller should pay attention to, after starting up, first check whether the direction of the fan is correct. If the fan is reversed, it may be that the power cord is reversed. At this time, just turn off the chiller, adjust the direction of the fan and start it again. OK.
6. Before installing the low temperature glycol chiller, you must choose a good location and place it in a place where the surrounding air circulates, so as to ensure that the low temperature glycol chiller has a good heat dissipation environment and avoid high temperature alarms.
7. Check whether the filter is normal, or if it is clogged, it must be replaced in time to ensure the normal operation of the low temperature glycol chiller.
