Low Temperature Explosion-Proof Chiller

Low temperature explosion-proof chiller is a special equipment designed for providing process cooling water in production units or containers in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical and other flammable and explosive industries. It adopts compression refrigeration technology, which has the characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving. This product is suitable for occasions where liquid cooling is required in the pharmaceutical industry and petrochemical industry.

The low temperature chiller is mainly composed of three parts: compressor, condenser and evaporator:

1. The compressor unit consists of a casing, a piston assembly and a seal;

2. Condenser and evaporator are composed of shell and tube sheet;

3. The pipeline system consists of water pipelines, valves and water treatment components.

Refrigeration system design principles:

(1) Under the premise of meeting the requirements of the working conditions, the cooling capacity should be adapted to the cooling load.
