Industrial Water Chiller Cleaning Process
Industrial chillers need to be maintained and cleaned after a period of use, only in this way can long-term refrigeration efficiency be maintained.
The following LNEYA refrigeration equipment manufacturer gives a set of professional cleaning solutions for industrial chillers.
1. Remove the chiller parts
If you want to clean the chiller, you must first disassemble it, because the parts you want to clean are inside the equipment and are not easy to see. The various parts of the industrial chiller intersect with each other, and the lines are complicated and many, which are difficult to disassemble. Therefore, the user must understand the internal structure of the chiller equipment so that it can be put back in place after cleaning.
2. The connection between the cleaning equipment and the condenser
After the disassembly in the previous step, find the water inlet position of the condenser and connect it to the water inlet or outlet of the water pump, and then use tools to heat the pipeline.
3. Dosing and cleaning
Make sure that every step is done well, and after the pipes are connected, add clean water for about 20 minutes of cleaning, and then discharge the sewage. Then repeat it 3 times. After the cleaning is completed, it is the most important part of dosing and cleaning. Of course, the user must ensure that the pH value is between 4 and 5, and maintain it for 2 to 3 hours. Finally, the liquid medicine was drained, and then the residual medicine was rinsed to keep the pH at 6.5.
4. the installation of the chiller is completed
After the chiller equipment is cleaned, the user needs to install the equipment back to its original state.
