How to Properly Use a Low Temperature Recirculating Chiller？

1. When using the low temperature recirculating chiller for the first time, first use a multimeter to check whether the power plug connected to the equipment is normal, whether there is a short circuit or a bad state. If there is no abnormality, it can be used normally.

2. After the power is turned on, add the corresponding circulating water as required, turn on the power switch and the circulating pump switch on the equipment, and let the circulating water start running.

3. Set the temperature range of the low temperature recirculating chiller, set the temperature range of high temperature and low temperature, and observe it regularly. If the temperature range is large, continue to adjust the temperature range.

4. The circulating water of the refrigeration circulator is generally better to use distilled water or the circulating water of the manufacturer. Do not use river water, which will easily lead to blockage of the circulating pipeline. If tap water is used, it is recommended that the user clean the pipes every year.

5. Check the pipeline of the low-temperature refrigeration circulator and the refrigerant for leakage every six months. It can be judged according to the parameters displayed on the pressure gauge. If the data is far from the usual data, it can be compared.

6. The refrigeration system of the low-temperature refrigeration circulator needs to formulate an annual cleaning plan, including: cooling pipes, condensing components, cooling water towers, etc., to avoid system blockage.

7. If the low-temperature refrigeration circulator is not used for a long time, it is recommended to turn off the circuit switches such as the water pump, compressor and power supply of the equipment.
