How to Judge the Lack of Refrigerant in the Chiller?
In the chiller refrigeration system, the evaporator, condenser, compressor and throttle valve are the four essential components in the refrigeration system. The method of judging the lack of refrigerant in the refrigeration system and the analysis of the reasons are as follows.
First: The most obvious is the leakage, the machine cannot be cooled, and the high and low pressure gauges have been reset to zero.
Second: Insufficient refrigerant, the evaporation capacity in the evaporator decreases, so the cooling capacity decreases, and the cooling effect is not good.
Third: The thermal expansion valve does not frost or rarely frosts.
Fourth: Due to insufficient refrigerant, the suction pressure and discharge pressure of the compressor are lower than normal.
Fifth: Due to insufficient refrigerant, the compressor often does not operate under the rated load, causing the unit to be lightly loaded or even idling, and the current is lower than the rated current at this time.
