1. Alarm failure

If there is an alarm failure in the industrial chiller, first we press the alarm button on the equipment, and then carry out troubleshooting one by one. Do not forcibly turn on the device before troubleshooting, otherwise it will cause a larger device failure.

2. Cleaning work

Evaporator, condenser and pipeline cleaning, it is recommended that you carry out cleaning every six months.

3. Dirt cleaning

If it is a water-cooled chiller, it is equipped with a cooling water tower, and it is necessary to clean up the impurities in the cooling water tower and the dirt accumulated for a long time.

Fourth, lubricating oil

If the lubricating oil in the chiller is contaminated, it needs to be replaced to avoid affecting the normal operation of the compressor.

5. Fan steering

If it is an air-cooled chiller, it is equipped with a fan. If the fan reverses, it may be that the master has reversed the power cord. So you need to shut down first, then adjust the power cord and start it again.

6. Heat dissipation cleaning

The cooling coils in the industrial chiller should be kept clean and free of dirt, and the surrounding air should be kept smooth, so that the equipment can have a good cooling environment.

7. System blockage

Check the filter to see if the pipe is blocked. If the filter is blocked, it needs to be replaced in time. If the pipe is blocked, you can check and clear it by yourself.
