Low-temperature refrigerating circulator is a low-temperature liquid circulation equipment using compression refrigeration method, which can directly cool test tubes, reaction bottles, etc. for chemical reactions at low temperatures, and for low-temperature storage of chemicals and biological products. 1. The air-cooled fully enclosed compressor unit is refrigerated, and the microcomputer intelligently controls the refrigerating system, which is automatically opened. The refrigerating system has multiple protection devices such as time delay, overheating, and overcurrent.
2. The circulating pump can output the cooling liquid in the tank, cooling or constant temperature the experimental container outside the machine or establishing a second constant temperature field.
3. The microcomputer is equipped with a timer shutdown function. After this function is turned on, the timer shutdown time can be set arbitrarily within 0 to 100 hours.
4. It adopts double windows, red and green LEDs to display the temperature setting value and temperature measurement value, the resolution of the digital display is 0.1°C, and the microcomputer can correct the deviation of the temperature measurement value, so that the accuracy of the digital display can reach 0.1°C.
5. It has the function of microcomputer software lock, which can lock the set value of each parameter of the system, and irrelevant personnel cannot change the set parameters.
6. All operations are completed by pressing the touch soft keys on the microcomputer intelligent controller, and the operation is simple.
7. The product is easy to use and can work continuously.
Low temperature refrigeration circulator selection method
1. First determine the temperature range used. Different test requirements require different temperatures. The lower the required temperature, the more expensive the price.
2. To determine the volume of the coolant, the larger the volume of the coolant, the more coolant will be installed, so the amount of cooling will be large, and its price will be very expensive.
3. It depends on whether the environment used by the cooling water pump is corroded. If so, use a stainless steel shell. If not, use engineering plastics.
4. Some low-temperature refrigeration circulators do not have a bath that can be directly put into liquid cooling, and only have external circulation cooling. And some specifications have not only the bath that can be directly put into the cooling liquid for cooling, but also the external circulation cooling.
5. The volume with the bathtub function is larger, and the volume without the bathtub is smaller, just like the size of the main computer box, customers should also pay attention when purchasing.
