2. Choose an installation environment with better lighting.
The maintenance of industrial chillers is essential, so in order to ensure a good maintenance environment in the later period, a place with good light should be selected to facilitate the staff to carry out inspection and maintenance work in the later period.
3. Choose an installation environment with lower ambient temperature and better ventilation.
In the process of using the industrial chiller, more heat will be generated. In order to maintain the stable performance of the industrial chiller, it is necessary to choose a central stop device with lower temperature and better ventilation, so that the chiller can dissipate heat in time. Especially for air-cooled chillers, the air circulation has an important influence on improving the overall working efficiency of the chiller. The room temperature should be below 40°C as much as possible, and good ventilation is required. If the temperature is 40°C, the relative humidity of the environment must be below 90%. Do not place it outdoors or in the open air.

1. There is a problem with the thermostat
There is a problem with the thermostat of the industrial chiller and the temperature control cannot be completed. It is recommended that the after-sales technicians change the thermostat.
2. Lack of refrigerant or leakage
If there is a lack of refrigerant or leakage in the industrial chiller, it is recommended to contact the after-sales technician to find out the leakage point, repair welding or recharge the refrigerant.
3. The external environment temperature is too high
When the indoor air is not ventilated or the environment is above 40°C, it is difficult for the industrial chiller to transfer heat to the outdoors, resulting in no cooling. At this time, it is necessary to reduce the indoor temperature or replace the industrial chiller with a larger cooling capacity.
4. Do not clean the equipment for a long time
After the industrial chiller is used for a period of time, if it is not cleaned for a long time, it is easy to cause a lot of dust accumulation in the internal parts of the industrial chiller, and the pipes are also prone to scale, which breeds bacteria, and the heat cannot be effectively taken away, resulting in a decrease in the cooling effect.
