LNEYA thermal shock chambers have both high and low temperature zones. It is usually used for rapid high and low temperature cyclic impact testing of objects to check their performance.
Thermal Shock Chambers Overview
The LNEYA thermal shock chamber is divided into two sections, a high temperature zone and a low temperature zone with different temperature ranges. The basket loaded with test articles will move rapidly between the different temperature zones, allowing the articles to cycle between high and low temperatures. The environmental test chamber has two secure viewing windows, one at the top and one at the bottom, so you can clearly see the real-time status of the test article, regardless of which temperature zone the basket is in. The internal box of this equipment is made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance and heat transfer performance. You don’t have to worry about its service life. At present, the thermal shock chamber has been widely used in scenarios where you need to understand the performance of items under rapid high and low temperature impact, such as lithium battery testing.

During the test, the basket moves up and down between the high and low temperature zones with a basket changeover time of less than 10 seconds.
