Additional filtration of oil and particles, the air flow passes through a pre-filter with a filtration grade of 0.01 μm to prevent the desiccant from being contaminated by dust and oil (oil will greatly shorten the service life of the desiccant).
The compressed air dryer consists of multiple groups of filter elements filled with desiccant. The aerosol compressed air flows alternately through multiple groups of filter elements, and the moisture in the air will accumulate on the surface of the dryer. After the filtration process reaches a predetermined duration, the air flow will switch to other filter elements, and part of the air flow (purge air flow) will be used to regenerate the dryer of the first filter element. The purge air flow will be released into the atmosphere. The service life of the desiccant is about 15,000 working hours.
