Correct Use of Cryogenic Chillers

A low temperature chiller is a type of refrigeration equipment that can provide low temperature chilled water for the process. 1. For the relevant personnel who operate the industrial ultra-low temperature chiller, they must have work experience, and have undergone relevant training, be proficient in operating skills, and be able to abide by the safety operating procedures for work.

2. Before operating the ultra-low temperature chiller, we must first check whether the cooling water valve is open, whether the water tank of the chiller is filled with water, and whether the cooling water pressure is normal. Do not operate the machine when there is no water.

3. The opening sequence of the water-cooled low temperature chiller is: turn on the cooling water pump first, and then turn on the compressor. The shutdown sequence is to shut down the compressor first, then the cooling water pump.

4. The chilled water temperature of the industrial ultra-low temperature chiller cannot be set too low, otherwise the cooling efficiency of the equipment will be reduced, and the equipment may be shut down due to low temperature protection action. You can set the temperature to be slightly lower than the temperature required by the factory. If necessary, you can debug while operating, and adjust the water temperature according to actual needs.

5. When the industrial ultra-low temperature chiller is shut down due to a fault alarm, the equipment must be shut down first (press the stop button), and then check the cause of the fault, and do not force the machine to run until the fault is eliminated. When the problem is serious, please remember to contact the manufacturer of the industrial chiller for maintenance.

6. In the absence of emergency, the device cannot be turned off by cutting off the power of the host. If an abnormal situation occurs in the industrial low-temperature chiller during operation, the power should be turned off immediately and the maintenance personnel should be notified to deal with it.

7. If the industrial chiller does not need to be used in winter, and the equipment needs to stop running for a long time, please turn off the equipment first, and then turn off the power supply. Remember to drain the water inside the system and cover the chiller with a cloth cover.
