Features of cooling & heating dynamic temperature control systems
1. Fully enclosed system
Since only the heat-conducting medium participates in the circulation, the temperature of the expansion tank is always kept at room temperature 60°C, which avoids the problems caused by air entering the circulation system.
2. Rapid cooling from high temperature
Cooling & heating dynamic temperature control systems can directly use compressors for refrigeration at high temperatures, and can perform exothermic reactions at high temperatures such as 200°C. There is no need to replace the medium, and only the compressor can control the temperature and take away excess heat.
3. Wide range of temperature control
A wide range of system temperature control from -80°C to 300°C can be realized by using a single heat transfer medium. Moreover, the single-unit refrigeration technology can reach a temperature as low as -80°C, and the volume is small, which is easy to carry.
4. Temperature dynamic control technology
The temperature measurement points at the inlet and outlet outlets transmit temperature information in real time, and the control system of cooling & heating dynamic temperature control systems will immediately issue exothermic and endothermic reactions when the temperature difference is large, and control the temperature of the heat transfer medium at ±0.3°C.
5. Pipeline circulation system
The tube heater and plate heat exchanger increase the power density ratio of the system, reduce the use of heat transfer medium, and improve the temperature control response speed of the system.
6. Heat Protection
When the control protection of the controller body fails, when the temperature exceeds the temperature value set by the system deviation protector, the power of the solid state relay will be cut off. When the protector fails, the solid state relay will continue to work. With these triple protections, cooling & heating dynamic temperature control systems will not experience high temperature overshoot.
