Common Faults and Solutions of Chemical Circulating Chillers
First, chemical circulating chiller oil pressure difference alarm
One is long-term operation under low load conditions, an alarm will occur to keep the unit running at full load. There is also an alarm when the cooling water temperature is lower than 20 ℃, and it is difficult to maintain the oil supply by the pressure difference. Let’s talk about the situations in which the oil pressure difference fails. First, the heat exchanger or oil pressure sensor fails, which needs to be calibrated and replaced. The second is that the internal and external filters are blocked, and a new filter should be replaced. The third is the failure of the oil supply solenoid valve, check the coil.
Second, the high and low pressure alarm of the suction pressure of the chemical circulating chiller
It may be that the low pressure sensor is out of order or has poor contact, or it may be that the refrigerant is insufficient or leaking, or the drying filter may be blocked. Just disassemble and clean it. When the opening of the expansion valve is small, damage to the motor or poor contact will also cause a low pressure alarm. What about the exhaust pressure high pressure alarm? It may be that the cooling water valve is not open or the flow rate is insufficient; it may also be that the copper pipes in the condenser are seriously fouled, and the copper pipes need to be cleaned. It may also be that there is non-condensable gas in the unit, and it should be discharged in time and evacuated.
Third, the abnormal sound of the compressor of the chemical circulating chiller
First see if the main fuel supply valve is closed, you need to open it! Then the coupling is not loose! Then see if there is a liquid shock, and the screw compressor will also have a liquid shock. Adjust it quickly, otherwise it will damage the compressor and cause damage to the bearing, especially the reciprocating compressor, which is deadly. Just replace the compressor or replace it with a new device. Also check if the bearing is worn out and report for repair in time.
