3 kw chiller is a cooling equipment used in industrial production. When using a chiller, what is the reason why the temperature of the equipment does not cool down?

When the temperature of the 3 kw chiller cannot drop, we generally check and repair from the following aspects:

1. Circuit failure

Check the circuit of the 3 kw chiller system, whether the inlet and outlet pipes of cooling water are blocked; check whether the valve in the cooling water pipe is open, and check whether the flow and pressure of cooling water are normal.

2. Electrical components

Check whether the electrical components are normal or stuck, and replace the damaged electrical components.

3. Solenoid valve

Check whether the solenoid valve coil is working normally. If the solenoid valve is damaged, please replace it in time.

4. Panel

There is no output signal from the panel, carefully check whether the circuit line is normal, or replace it with a new one for inspection.

After eliminating the above reasons that may cause the temperature of the 3 kw chiller to not drop, it is necessary to check whether the condenser is blocked.
