1. Check for refrigerant leaks
The refrigerant determines how cool the 16 kw chiller is, you should not expect the 16 kw chiller to work at maximum capacity if there is not enough refrigerant flowing through the compressor. Therefore, you should always make sure that there is enough refrigerant flowing through the compressor.
However, if there is a problem it must be resolved as soon as possible. Various factors can cause this leak. You have to check for these leaks occasionally to keep your 16 kw chiller working at maximum capacity.
2. Check the compressor oil
