The 500 ton chiller is used for liquid rapid refrigeration, the refrigeration temperature is -150 ℃ ~ -5 ℃, widely used in petrochemical, medical, pharmaceutical, biochemical, freeze-drying, biological and other industries, the operation of the 500 ton chiller system is through three interconnected system: refrigerant circulation system, water circulation system, electrical appliance automatic control system, then, how are these three systems closely related?
1. Refrigerant circulation system: the liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs heat in water and evaporates, forming a temperature difference between the refrigerant and water, and the liquid refrigerant is also completely evaporated into a gaseous state, and then sucked and compressed by the compressor, the gaseous refrigerant It absorbs heat through the condenser and condenses into a liquid. After throttling through the expansion valve, it becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant and enters the evaporator to complete the refrigerant cycle process.
2. Water circulation system: The water pump is responsible for pumping water from the water tank to the equipment that the user needs to cool. The chilled water will take away the heat and the temperature will rise, and then return to the chilled water tank.
3. Electric appliance automatic control system: including power supply part and automatic control part. The power supply part supplies power to compressors, fans, water pumps, etc. through contactors. The automatic control part includes temperature controller, pressure protection, delay device, relay, overload protection, etc., which are combined to achieve automatic start and stop according to water temperature, protection and other functions.
The 500 ton chiller adopts a single compressor, automatic cascade refrigeration mode, rapid cooling, simple equipment pipeline, low failure rate, each 500 ton chiller is tested in the factory with load for no less than 12 hours, the user only needs to install the pipeline It can be run immediately, and the operation is convenient and simple.
