After a 1 hp water chiller has been used for a long period of time, the circulating water must be replaced, because the circulating water will produce impurities under long-term use, and in severe cases, it will be blocked, which will also affect the normal operation of the entire equipment .

Regular replacement of circulating water is a very important maintenance work for 1 hp water chiller.

If the circulating water is not replaced regularly under long-term use, scaling will occur inside the equipment system and the water quality will deteriorate. The blockage of the pipes of the chiller will reduce the water flow, resulting in poor cooling effect of the entire equipment, which will affect the production of the enterprise and reduce the service life of the 1 hp water chiller.

If pure water is used, there will be less scale or impurities. When used in a good environment, the circulating water can be replaced every six months. If used in a normal environment, the circulating water should be replaced once every three months. When used in a poor environment, the circulating water should be replaced once a month. Make sure the 1 hp water chiller is in working order.

During the daily use of 1 hp water chiller, the maintenance work of the chiller system should be done regularly, so as to effectively improve the cooling efficiency and prolong the service life.
