1.5 hp water chiller is an essential cooling equipment in many industries. In the process of use, it is inevitable that there will be wear or aging, or some other failures, which will cause the water temperature difference of the chiller to become smaller. When the temperature difference becomes smaller in the 1.5 hp water chiller, what is the solution?

The solution to the small temperature difference:

1. The 1.5 hp water chiller itself has a fault problem, and the output cooling capacity of the equipment itself is small. When these problems occur, you can check the operating current parameters of the 1.5 hp water chiller for judgment.

2. Scaling occurs in the evaporator, which leads to poor heat transfer effect and affects the heat transfer of the entire 1.5 hp water chiller. We can tell by checking the heat transfer temperature difference between the water temperature and the evaporation temperature.

3. The sensor and the thermometer are out of order, resulting in a problem with the temperature difference. Check and replace sensors and thermometers.
